Ross Hotel

First of all, the reception I've got from the receptionist on duty the day my arrival was exceptional! I don't know his name (I checked in on Wednesday the 10th of July after 9 pm). He is a keeper! Second, the room was super clean and spacious. I have ordered from the hotel restaurant and I was amazed by the deliciousness of the dishes. The location was not very far from downtown. The parking was spacious.

Whilst the hotel is not within walking distance to many shopping malls/tourist attractions, it was adequate to get Ubers within a short amount of time and get to some of our main target clients within a reasonable amount of time; 15 minutes to Riyadh Boulevard/Riyadh Tower; 20 minutes to Dirriyah. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very dark. Street noise was well insulated (I couldn't hear very much at all). I had some great sleeps here.

Breakfast included. Large and relaxing lobby. Decent gym equipment - just not all machines i like but it was included. Cafe staff super nice and good selections of juice, coffee, etc.

Breakfast was basic but ok. It wasn’t included in room rate but was reasonable price at SAR 50.

Will stay again sure. I wish they had an operating restuarant yet but I understand it’s a new hotel so things are coming up slowly. A restuarant for breakfast and meals throughout the day and cocktail area will be great!
